Systems Engineer
Description
This role is responsible for the implementation/installation of Verint products at customer sites with a particular emphasis on our quality and VoIP-focused products. As part of the Professional Services Team, you will be working with both customers as well as other Verint personnel to deliver a successful implementation in a variety of technical environments. This includes working with customers to configure the network and telephony technical environments, installing, configuring, and integrating Verint software in the customer’s test and production environment, and performing various validation tests to confirm deployment completeness and operational readiness. You’ll also interface with the Project Manager to ensure issues are efficiently and effectively resolved in a timely fashion. Good customer facing skills as well as the ability to work in dynamic situations are important. Willingness to travel up to 80% in North America is required.
