Consulting Systems Engineer
Responsible for managing design, develop and implement Integrated, Data-Driven Solutions to customers who need custom PRG solutions. Serve as technical consultant during sales calls and sales visits with Strategic Sales representatives. Develop enhancements or modifications to existing products and services to meet client requirements. Leverage existing operational and technical competencies to offer clients effective solutions. Work jointly with ChoicePoint teams to implement new client programs. Reports to VP Relationship Management
Client Needs Assessment: Determine Client business need and service expectations and related screening requirements to prepare a framework for development of solution proposal to be managed from pre sales to post implementation. Deal directly with the client either via telephone or in person.
Solution Design and Response- create requirements based on the Client needs assessment. Maximize customer response using standard, semi-custom, or fully customized solutions. Prepare responses to specific sections of RFP's dealing with technical or complex business requirements. Develop pricing schemas to support maximum profitability.
Client Presentations and Sales Meetings: Prepare and deliver in-person presentations to prospective clients jointly with PRG Sales Team members.
Program Implementation and Support: Deliver integrated solutions via needs assessment, requirements definition, development, project management, result analysis and client implementation.
Strategic planning related to coordinating and completing solutions for the most complex system support and development work assignments.
Assimilates emerging business needs with new and existing technologies to maintain, expand and develop products and services that meet client needs.
